Can you remove anything and everything?

Do I need to be home for a pickup?
Nope! We can work out access even if you aren’t home. But we’re happy to do the job while you watch too. Whatever you prefer.
How long does a standard removal take?
Most cleanouts take 1-2 hours from start to finish. Bigger loads obviously take more time. We work fast to get it done ASAP.
Can you do same day rubbish removal?
In many cases, yes! If trucks are available we’ll swing by for same day pickup. We understand junk removal emergencies come up.
What if you can’t remove an oversized item?
If an object is too big or heavy, we’ll let you know upfront. No charge if we can’t get it! Safety first.
Will I get a receipt after the pickup?
Yep, we’ll provide a detailed receipt to keep for your records. It shows what we removed and the fees paid.
Do you donate or recycle usable stuff?
We’ll happily donate or recycle electronics, furniture, household items and more rather than dumping usable stuff. Just tell us what can be donated!
Is there anything you don’t remove?
We don’t handle hazardous waste like chemicals, asbestos, paints, oils etc. Please contact a specialty disposal company for those items.
Do you offer commercial rubbish removal too?

Do I need to be onsite for a commercial pickup?
For office removals, we recommend having someone there to coordinate and provide access. Makes the process smooth!

We operate from 8am to 4pm Monday through Saturday. For after hours or Sunday service, please inquire about availability and rates.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We require 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Less than that incurs a $25 fee. But with proper notice we fully refund your payment.
Do your team members undergo background checks?
Absolutely. All our removal staff are screened for criminal records, employment history and driving records too. Safety first.
What payment options do you accept?
